Refund Policy

One-Time Credit Packs

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a one-time credit pack if none of that pack's credits have been used. Contact contact@aibabydolldance.com with your purchase email, order number, purchase date and reason for the request. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are unaffected.

Generations

Site credits are deducted only when a generation succeeds. A confirmed failed generation uses no credits and does not require a credit refund. If a task remains processing, contact support before submitting the same request again.

AI results can vary from the reference and from the free look check. The look check is a separate appearance preview; it does not guarantee the paid dance. If a delivered result has a technical problem, send its generation ID and describe what happened so we can investigate.

Processing a Request

We review requests and reply by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Mizhi Smart, the seller. Your bank or payment processor controls when the refund appears.
