This Privacy Policy explains how Mizhi Smart, which operates AI Babydoll Dance ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, stores, uses and shares your information when you use our Service, including our website at https://aibabydolldance.com (the "Website"). It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Capitalized words have the meanings defined below. The definitions apply equally in the singular and the plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means the unique account you create to access the Service or parts of it.
  • Company ("we", "us" or "our") means AI Babydoll Dance.
  • Cookies are small files placed on your computer, phone or other device by a website. Among other uses, they hold details of your browsing on that website.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, phone or tablet.
  • Personal Data means any information about an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service means the AI-powered tools we offer through the Website ("AI Products"), used for an AI generation service. This Privacy Policy covers your use of the AI Products within the Service.
  • Third-Party Sign-In Service means any service through which you can sign in to or create an account for the Service.
  • Website means AI Babydoll Dance, available at https://aibabydolldance.com.
  • You means the individual using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses it.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data We Collect

Personal Data

When you use the Service, we may ask for personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include:

  • Email address
  • Usage Data
  • Information from your sign-in provider
  • Cookies

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

Purchase Identity and Recovery Email

Buying does not require signing in or setting a password. An opaque HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax browser cookie (Secure on HTTPS) identifies your purchase session for up to 90 days; only its hash is stored. A paid purchase creates an email account internally. The email identifies the account but does not prove ownership. Existing purchases are combined only after you verify access through an emailed link.

At checkout we collect an email to send completed video links and purchase receipts. To sign in later, request a single-use magic link, valid for 15 minutes. Paid-order recovery links are valid for 30 days. We store hashed magic tokens, expiry and use timestamps, order-link nonces, and delivery/attempt timestamps to control repeated delivery. Login and recovery requests have email/IP rate limits using keyed hashes and daily counters. Private tokens are not written to application logs. Video media links themselves are unlisted and accessible to anyone holding the link.

Payment Information

Stripe processes card payments on behalf of Mizhi Smart. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive the details needed to manage your purchase, such as the order amount, the date, your billing country and the status of the payment.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. These may include beacons, tags and scripts that collect and track information to improve and analyze the Service.

A first-party Cookie also records how you arrived at the Website (the referring website, campaign tags in the link, and the page you landed on). When you create an account or start a purchase, we store this with your account so we can see which channels bring customers.

You can set your browser to refuse all Cookies or to tell you when a Cookie is being sent. If you refuse Cookies, some parts of the Service may not work.

Photos and Faces

Some features let you upload photos, and those photos may show human faces. We use uploaded images only to produce the generation you request, such as creating a video of the person in the photo or applying a style or effect.

We do not use uploaded photos for facial recognition, and we do not create biometric identifiers from them.

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored until you ask us to delete them; no automatic media-deletion period is configured. To produce and check a result, the necessary images and instructions are sent to SeeAPI (ByteDance Seedance 2 for dances and Wan 3 for look checks) and Replicate (Llama Guard safety checks). Their own privacy and retention policies also apply. We do not promise that an external provider immediately deletes its copy.

Your task history is accessed through your private browser purchase session or a valid emailed purchase link. Media files use unlisted URLs rather than an authenticated download gate. Anyone who receives a media link can open the file, so do not share links you want to keep private.

By uploading a photo, you consent to this limited use of the image for the purpose of creating your result. You must only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to their use.

When you start a generation, the text you entered and the photos you submitted are first checked by an automated content-safety service. If the check blocks a request, we keep a record of it (your account, the text, links to the photos and the reason given) so we can answer questions about the decision and prevent misuse.

Use of Your Personal Data

We may use Personal Data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring how it is used.
  • Manage your Account, including your registration and access to the features available to registered users.
  • Process purchases and keep records of your credits and orders.
  • Contact you with service messages, and with news, offers and information about features similar to those you have used or asked about, unless you have opted out.
  • Handle your requests to us.
  • Analyze and improve: to analyze data, identify usage trends, measure the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and improve the Service and your experience.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy. We keep and use it as far as needed to comply with our legal obligations (for example, where the law requires us to keep it), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

We also keep Usage Data for internal analysis. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter time, unless it is used to strengthen security or improve the Service, or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Deleting Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete, or ask us to help you delete, the Personal Data we have collected about you.

Contact support to correct purchase details. Clearing browser cookies may remove local access; use your purchase email to request new access links. To access, correct or delete any personal information you have given us, or to delete your Account, contact us at contact@aibabydolldance.com.

Security of Your Personal Data

We take the security of your Personal Data seriously and use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your Device and your sign-in credentials secure.

Third-Party AI Processors

To deliver our AI generation features, we work with third-party AI model providers.

  • Processors: SeeAPI, including ByteDance Seedance 2 and Wan 3 for AI video generation; Replicate, including Llama Guard for content-safety screening.
  • What we share: only what is needed to produce your result, namely your text prompts, uploaded images or videos, and the options you choose.
  • Data minimization: we do not share identifiers such as your account ID, email address, real name or precise location with these AI providers. Where technically possible, data sent for AI processing is de-identified.

Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 database, R2 storage and transactional email delivery. Stripe processes card payments. We use Umami and Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources and product events such as opening pricing, starting checkout and completing a purchase. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and device/network information. We do not send your photos, generated videos or email address in analytics events. First-party attribution cookies also record referrals and campaign tags. Each provider receives the data needed for its service.

Your Choices

The dance and look-check models are fixed by the Service. If you do not want the named AI processors to receive your photos, do not submit a generation. You can still read the public pages without uploading an image.

Opting Out of Information Use

You can limit how we use your information:

  • Browser settings: set your browser to refuse Cookies. Some parts of the Website may then not work fully.
  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to contact@aibabydolldance.com.
  • Account deletion: ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@aibabydolldance.com. After deletion, we handle your personal information as required by applicable privacy law.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us Personal Data, contact us and we will delete it.

Content Rules

The rules on what you may upload and generate are set out in the Content Restrictions section of our Terms of Service.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we recommend that you review it periodically. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the effective date at the top will change. We may also announce significant changes on the Website.

Checkout handoff drafts

When you leave for payment, your currently selected photos and options may be checkpointed in this browser’s IndexedDB so they can be restored once after returning, within one hour. Ordinary reloads do not restore previous results or tasks. The draft is not transferred to another device and may remain in browser storage until read or cleared.

Free-preview records

To enforce free-preview limits, we store your account ID, attempt and generation IDs, operation, input fingerprint, date and status. We derive a keyed hash from the request IP address for daily network limits; the preview records do not store the raw IP address. Preview uploads and results follow the same media access and retention rules as other generations.
