Before the first two-step

Babydoll Dance photo tips.

A great dance starts with a photo that clearly shows who should be in it. You do not need a studio portrait. You do need a visible face, an easy-to-read pose and some breathing room.

Show the whole person

Choose a sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo of one adult. Include the head, hands and feet. Leave space above the head and on both sides so the raised-arm movements have room. A standing pose works better than a seated pose for this routine.

  • Keep the face unobstructed. Avoid sunglasses, masks or a hand covering the face.
  • Avoid crossed limbs, heavy motion blur or a mirror selfie with a phone hiding the body.
  • Choose the outfit you want the AI to use. Clothing details can still change during fast movement.
  • Do not upload a group photo for a single photo slot.

For two or three people, keep the photos separate

Use one image per person, up to three images. With two people, the photos are arranged left to right; with three, left, center and right. The first photo supplies the shared background. The other photos supply only their people, so the group does not need to be photographed together.

Pick your setting with the first photo

Use a first photo with a background you want to keep. Leave clear floor space around the person. There is no background selection or separate scene-preparation step. The model is instructed to preserve this environment for both the look check and the full dance.

File requirements

Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 20 MB. For the full dance model, keep each dimension above 300 pixels and below 6000 pixels, and the width-to-height ratio between 0.4 and 2.5. A normal phone portrait usually fits. Use a still image rather than a screenshot containing buttons or captions.

What the free look check tells you

The free 2-second preview is a short appearance check. Look for a recognizable face, hair, outfit or pet coat. It does not test the full Babydoll choreography. Your full dance is a new generation and may differ from the preview.

Use photos you may animate

Use your own photo, a photo of another adult who agreed to be animated, a character you have permission to use, or your own pet. Do not use photos of children, celebrities or public figures, or use a video to harass or mislead someone.
